Hello Everyone,
Our first meeting of April was busy and full of beautiful items to admire. Please check out the Show & Tell and Finish-it-Club 2017 sections for inspiration from our members. We also had a presentation of 3 choices from Debbie Jones for a class she will teach on July 6. Those present voted for their favorite. the votes will be tallied and results provided at the next meeting, April 20. Cost for the class will be $35, supply lists will be provided and sign-ups will begin as soon as we know which class was chosen.
April is a busy month for Thimbleweed Quilters. Our in-house Spring retreat begins April 20 during the regular meeting time. The Great Outdoor quilt show at Veterans Memorial Park in Rio Rancho is on Sunday April 23. Please see the Quilt shows section for more details and wish us fair weather and gentle breezes. Spring Retreat 2017 finishes up with during an extra meeting day on April 27. Please check out Upcoming meetings for more details.
